The entire experience was smooth. Our salesman was very nice and helpful. The managers were helpful. Dave Thomas made this deal happen by phone so I didn't have to waste my traveling time. I live about 65+ miles away. The dealership staff was some of the nicest I ever worked with. Hector worked hard on the financing and got it done and Sean in service had my truck checked and found the missing key and remote for it somewhere in the salesroom, and in about 15 minutes I was on my way. Originally my Fiancee and I came to Lokey Nissan looking for a New Car and had received the worst experience from Sales Associate Ali. He was extremely pushing in a rude way, not listening to our needs and for a New Car and had received the worst experience from Sales Associate Ali. He was extremely pushing in a rude way, not listening to our needs and just wanted a Sale. Ali should NOT be Employeed by this dealership whatsoever. If Lokey holds a good name as everyone says it should, then something should be done about how I felt as a New Customer. My Fiancee really wanted a New Car so I decided to come back ONE more time to see how our Experience would be. As soon as we walked in, we went to the Receptionist and asked for a New Sales Associate (which the Receptionist was very nice and pleasant) and she directed us to an Employee by the name of John Lambrecht. John was extremely understanding, he listened to our needs and most importantly wasn't pushing us out the door like Ali did. I hope that John Lambrecht will be recognized for his 5 Star Customer Service that he did for my Fiancee and I and also I stress again the 5 0's Rating for Sales Associate Ali. I will recommend Lokey Nissan to my Family, Friends, and CoWorkers and have them speak to John Lambrecht directly and NEVER again to speak with Sales Associate Ali. More
We thought the transaction was very deceptive & misleading. We received the negotiated quote on the back of a scrap piece of paper written in magic marker (very unprofessional). Sales person was asked on two occasions if this was the final price, not incl tag, tax & title. & he responded in the affirmative. When closing, the last doc reviewed also reflected an $800.00 dealer service fee. As budget was far exceeded, if it had been known that was applicable, we would not have agreed to the deal. Once again, we feel this is a deceptive & planned sales procedure. Due this, we are not sure we would recommend this dealership to friends, as other dealers show this up front & don't try & slide it in on the back side. We planned on only financing 10K & paying cash for the balance, we were not afforded that option, although it was vaguely acknowledge during the financing procedure.
