I brought through USAA buying service. When I sent my car specs in, Mr Plana called within a minute, and said he had the exact car I specified and color. I made an appointment for 2 days later, and when I go specs in, Mr Plana called within a minute, and said he had the exact car I specified and color. I made an appointment for 2 days later, and when I got there my vehicle was no longer in stock. The process of closing on the car just took too long; especially considering the price was already negotiated. My wife & I were there over 4 hours until delivery of the vehicle. My salesman said it took so long because Florida required lots of paperwork. I did not like the finance rep. He started going through this long list of "extra" cost add-ons, and I told twice I did not want any, and to skip that part. He said he was not allowed to. I like the vehicle I brought, and think the Altima is a good car. It just seems unreasonable that the buying service could have taken so long. If a customer tells the finance rep no, that should suffice! More

Even the new guy who was being watched was very helpful. The only constructive criticism I can think of is the discounts that were available for meeting certain conditions, IE military, graduate or Nissan to Nissan owners should be handled in a different fashion. The price shown on the internet includes these discounts, but I did not meet any of them, therefore my price went up $1500.00. I would recommend Lokey Nissan to all of my friends or family. More

Enjoyed working with the sales group. They went the extra distance to get the sale. I am a bit dissapointed that the car was delivered with a scratch on the front fender after I pointed it out several extra distance to get the sale.
