We have been a Lokey family owned business for over 60 years and I apologize that you did not have a good experience at our Nissan dealership as that is not the way we have done business. We advertise our prices with all rebates included in the online price as our disclosure and disclaimer states “Not all customers will qualify for each available rebate. Online pricing reflects all available rebates to obtain the lowest available online price... Not all customers will qualify. Subject to credit approval.” We mark our online prices based on Nissan of North America's incentive programs as well as the Tampa Bay marketplace. Our customers do receive the additional discounts when they qualify but I will mention to the General Manager to look at them again. Congratulations on your recent purchase and thank you again.
