We really liked working with Craig Craig really did his best in working with us to get a deal that satisfied both us and the dealership. One item of note for him was that while he made us feel at ease, he was a little over the top with the thank yous. We were not to comfortable with Joe. He did work hard to get us quickly through the process, which we appreciated, but even after multiple attempts at telling him that we were not interested in any of the extras, he still kept on insisting on going through his pitch.
