Horrible service Me and my husband are in the market for a new 2018 Nissan Rogue and we were not happy with the numbers that the guy came back with. After talking with Me and my husband are in the market for a new 2018 Nissan Rogue and we were not happy with the numbers that the guy came back with. After talking with Vinny for a better number or even an explanation as to what the numbers meant, he got defensive and told us "I've wasted enough of my time on you guys for a 100 dollar deal." Well, that made our decision to not shop at Lokey Nissan very easy. Being told that we are not worth your time is astonishing. More

Excellent Customer Service I was not sure what type of car I wanted but when I came to the dealership, Craig was extremely helpful and thorough. He showed me exactly what I want I was not sure what type of car I wanted but when I came to the dealership, Craig was extremely helpful and thorough. He showed me exactly what I wanted and explained all of the car’s functions to me in detail. I didn’t realize that the dealership was nearly closed because Craig continued with me without rushing.
