After we had decided on the purchase of this beautiful 2015 Rogue Select we were directed to meet with the finance person, Neal, who was extremely helpful. He provided us with several options for warranties and financing issues. We also were so impressed with the General Manager, Glenn, who was so very kind and helpful. Finally, we had the rare opportunity to meet Mr. Lokey as he came through the showroom, and we were so impressed with the quality of people from the owner to every employee with whom we came into contact. Lokey, and most specifically Steve Farshi were not only able to work with my needs budget wise, but also put me in a very nice 2007 Ford Explorer "Eddie Bauer" Edition. I don't have a warranty but I do have the assurance of a reputable dealer that seems to appreciate the fact that when you are paying over 10K for a vehicle it means something. Terrible experience. I purchased a 2011 Nissan Altima in 2011. I have had issues with my car doors filling with water. I was told by the service department this is normal I purchased a 2011 Nissan Altima in 2011. I have had issues with my car doors filling with water. I was told by the service department this is normal on multiple accounts. I purchased this car under warranty and the dealership never resolved this issue, and the service department continues to say this is normal, and has told me to simply drain my doors. I believe this is absolutely ridiculous, as I have had previous cars with no such issue. I don't recommend this dealership to anyone. More
