The service department (Chuck is the man) absolutely go the extra mile to ensure the customer is satisfied with their visit.They even backtracked my Road Hazard Warranty and found a $250 charge that was applied from a Non-Lokey dealership (which was promptly refunded after a few calls were made). During inspection they also pointed out and made sure I authorized any issues/charges, one of which I wouldn't have even noticed, though it was absolutely vital to my car running properly. Otherwise, I have to say Glenn Jones is absolutely one of the best General Managers I've had the pleasure of meeting and doing business with. I can't stress enough how much Lokey Nissan (Lokey in general) has done for myself and my family. I look forward to any and all positive changes for Lokey and their employees in the future- The new building design looks great. Again, I can't stress how amazing this establishment is, and once again, commend Chuck from Service on excellent staff and service, and Glenn Jones (G.M.) for making my Lokey experience(s) incredible!
