HAPPY TEARS Coming into Nissan this day I wasn’t hopeful because I was dropping off the rental they gave me as my Maxima was being worked on. I’ve been screwed by numerous dealerships, so I was probably everything but an easy customer, but Craig made everything I thought wasn’t possible, happen.
