Thank you for your feedback about the service on your 2012 Maxima. As the Owner Loyalty Manager for Lokey Nissan I want to apologize that your service visit was below your expectations. We strive to provide solutions to problems that meet our guest expectations when we can. I spoke with John Johnson, the Service Manager, about the situation with the tires on your Maxima. I understand that the tires in question were under warranty and that we offered to replace the one bad tire under warranty at no cost but you declined the offer . He also stated that we had been working on a deal for you to “upgrade” the tires and replace all four of them, but you towed the vehicle away without working out the detail of the “upgrade”. The service manager felt that had we been giving the opportunity to work on the upgrade of the tires, your expectations would of been met. We would still like to be able to try and provide a solution that you would make you happy.
