CRAIG LONDON--EXCELLENT SALES REP!!!!! I cannot say enough about the sales man, Craig London!!!!! He went ABOVE & BEYOND for me!!!! He has sold me (2) vehicles in the last few years!!!! Th I cannot say enough about the sales man, Craig London!!!!! He went ABOVE & BEYOND for me!!!! He has sold me (2) vehicles in the last few years!!!! The first time, he personally delivered the car to me!!!! NO JOKE !!!!! This particular time, he just really did EVERYTHING to make it happen!!!!! The whole experience was phenomenal..... I love the brand new Rogue and I would never go to another dealership other than Lokey Nissan!!!!!! Finance Manager was Bruno-----he was FANTASTIC !!! Bruno's boss was Glen Jonesf.... He helped me out immensely !!!!!! Lastly, Mike McMahon was the Finance Manager in the whole process with him was so so so painless. It was easy and organized and quick!!!!!!!!!!! I am 100% happy!!!! TRAP, LIAR, STAY AWAY This Dealership is a Trap. Stay away from this dealership. My uncle, my wife and I negotiated the price of the 2016 Nissan Altima SV Silver via Email, This Dealership is a Trap. Stay away from this dealership. My uncle, my wife and I negotiated the price of the 2016 Nissan Altima SV Silver via Email, and both sides agreed with deal for $16,500 Out The Door. Everything via Emails, so we still have proof. We told them we live in Bradenton, it's about 55 minutes of driving. We scheduled for Saturday, July 22, 2017 from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.. We came in and Kevin Bashaw, the internet sales manager, told us that the car we looking for just has been sold little bit earlier. He also said that first come first serve. How that could happen when they have scheduled to sell the car for us? Then he said they did not have any 2016 Altima SV available at the dealership at the moment, but the Lokey Nissan dealership has similar vehicle in other places. We told him we would like to see the car first, so if he could transport the vehicle now or we come back tomorrow to see it. Then Kevin said let him check with other people if they knew what he did not, and he left for about 10 minutes. He came back with the key and said he made it happened. He took us to the vehicle that we inquired about, the vehicle that they scheduled to sell it to us, the vehicle that he said has been sold. Something is FISHY here. Three of us have been taken to the vehicle where it located after an Nissan SUV; therefore, he had to move the SUV for us to get out for a test drive. While we did a test drive, the warning of low air tires pressure appeared. We came back inside and he told us that the vehicle has been sold while we were doing the test drive. Another ridiculous thing from his mouth. Again FISHY FISHY. He asked if we were interested in another color, and we said black. He said that they have similar vehicle with about 7,600 miles. It IS 4,000 different that we inquire about and is listed on TrueCar.com and CarFax.com. Since the milegues of similar vehicle were way higher than the one they scheduled to sell for us, we expected the price would be lower. However, they said the Out The Door price would be $20,000. Again, It's ridiculous price for a USED 2016 vehicle. The brand new 2017 Nissan Altima SV starting $25,460 MSRP. Ridiculous things led to another from the sale manager of Lokey Nissan. The email from Jack Berrenger stated "16500 out the door. That's it. Final offer. It is a 3000 mile Altima SV." Kevin Bashaw said he acknowledged the email and blamed the sale man who was Jack Berrenger we have never seen him for the entire time while we were there. Kevin said Jack was new, Jack had no idea about Out the Door price, and Jack just wanted us to come in. What in the world that a big dealership like Lokey hires someone that has no idea about what he doing. Last words from Kevin were that it was impossible with that price for the 2016 Altima SV. Three of us got up and left. As you can see it is very fishy here. One ridiculous thing leads to another. Anyone wants to see the back and forth email of what they said, email to me at mduong0501@yahoo.com. We got off work early which mean we lost income and wasted time to be in the game that they played. There are still many details we have not mentioned above. This was not our first time going to buy car. The most important factors of doing business are integrity and honesty. This dealership has none. VERY DISAPPOINTED. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. More
