Salesman I came to the dealership looking for a vehicle between 10k and 12k. I was greeted and led to a salesman who told me he was in the middle of something I came to the dealership looking for a vehicle between 10k and 12k. I was greeted and led to a salesman who told me he was in the middle of something and would be right with us. After sitting there for 10 mins my daughter noticed his computer and that he was doing a fantasy league. We got up to leave and only then did he say he could help me. I was very clear about my price range. He said he had a rouge in that price range. I test drove it and loved it. Then we go inside and he comes back with numbers selling it at at 18k. I felt that it was definitely a bait and switch. When we were on the test drive he assured me it would be pre owned certified. We go back and forth and the sales manager and I agree on 16k. As I'm in with the finance person, Brent, I find out that it was not written up with the certification and I'm told it's another 1800.00. Kevin, the salesman admits he told me it would be certified and tries to say I didn't want it. When pressed, he could not state a moment where I spoke those words. Again we have to get the sales manager involved. They did finally give it to me at no cost. But if I had not noticed that wasn't on the we owe form, and assumed I had it, I would have left with a car with bad tires and brake issues and no certification and no recourse. Then when I picked the vehicle up, Kevin gave me the keys and hurried back inside. I went to get in it and noticed the car was covered in mud and there were leaves inside it. I pull around to service to ask them to at least run it through the car wash; I did explain that I had just picked it up. I'm told it will be 30-40 minutes because they had other customers. I explained that I had to go to work and couldn't wait. They refused to do it. Very unpleasant experience from beginning to end. More

Emergency Help The passenger window mechanism failed and the window would not stay up. Which was a major problem since the car sits out.
