This dealership was amazing! They held my car until late for me and got it all ready to go even though i was coming from work late. When i got there the car was ready to test dri They held my car until late for me and got it all ready to go even though i was coming from work late. Christine & Shannon worked very hard to get our car fixed, but the insurance company Allstate had other ideas and said our Mercedes was not fixable! They did not want to put a requested part/parts that fixed, but the insurance company Allstate had other ideas and said our Mercedes was not fixable! Bought my Kicks from Lokey and that part was a wonderful experience. When you purchase your vehicle you get free oil changes. I made an appointment for my first one, got here a little early and was told i experience. When you purchase your vehicle you get free oil changes. I made an appointment for my first one, got here a little early and was told it would be a hour and a half. What's the point of making an appointment? My time is as important as theirs and I think the time frame is excessive. Free or not I won't be back. Service needs to step it up and be like sales. More
