Routine service I have had my Maurano serviced by Lokey since it was new. They have always done an excellent job and kept my auto running great. Their people are always friendly and knowledgeable. I have only 1 concern... That is, I have had trouble with the nozzles for my windshield wipers since the car was new. Poor pressure and poor spray pattern. I brought this to Lokeys attention soon after the car was purchased. I was told that I was using the wrong washer fluid and that plugged the nozzles up. I didnt remember ever adding fluid since the car was bought but I didnt push the issue. The nozzles have never worked right to this day. On my last service,my service advisor told me that the washer nozzles weren't working right and should be replaced. Cost...+ $200. Question..why wasnt this fixed under warranted 40,000 miles ago when I asked about it? More

Didnt fix anything I asked them to fix I wasnt going to leave a review but these people send me a reminder to do it almost every day for the last month so ok then... if you insist. I went in before my bumper to bumper warranty was up. I needed an oil change, have my radiator looked at as well as have my backup camera replaced. My camera goes completely black on occasion and I have to turn the car off and turn it back on to get a picture again. They told me their loaner cars were for real issues so I waited around for 4 or 5 hours for them to tell me nothing was wrong with my backup camera or radiator, but hey my oil change went smooth! I have pictures of the camera not functioning correctly. Besides the 5 hour oil change, I took a day off of work. They promote free oil changes with their car sales but with the experiences I've had at this place I'd rather take my car to chuck e cheese. The gentleman in service was forgettable, I cant remember his name...but this is the second time I've had the pleasure of being taken care of by him. It's the guy that looks and acts like it's the worst day of his life. I've seen the same face on kids that dropped their ice cream at Disney World and their parents said "sorry should been more careful". No idea how this guy actually works in customer service it's like everything I said to him was an exhausting task that he was forced to help me with. Anyways, just my 2 cents. In the future if people have issues with their car that's still fully warrantied...just fix it. More
