Finance manager tried to tack on thousands of dollars--even tried to charge me for a wa Do not purchase a vehicle here, especially if a woman, ALONE. Finance manager tried to tack on thousands of dollars--even tried to charge me for a warranty that comes with the vehicle. The price of the vehicle is supposed to include this Nissan warranty. Shame on their employees and Lokey Nissan! The also have numerous charges "hidden" in their advertisements. The advertised price of the vehicle, I was wanting to purchase, was competitive with other local Nissan lots until they tack on their fees and warranties, etc; this increased the barely used vehicle to the same as a new one at other dealerships . I understand the taxes, license, dealer fees, etc; and that they have to make money and pay their associates, but these fees are out of line--please do not insult my intelligence by thinking you can gouge me.. I walked out! No other dealership I visited had all of these additional fees and comparable vehicles are less. I bought same SUV at another lot for thousands less than Lokey. My summary is do not go here if you are female or feel uncomfortable during the process of buying a vehicle--You will be gouged. Again, shame on Lokey Nissan for allowing such business practices. I would rate 0, if possible. More

Great service! It was time for my oil change, I took it to Lokey Nissan. The oil change was free. They washed the car for free. They couldn’t have been nicer. Great job on tint I bought a new Maxima, and wanted it tinted shortly after I bought it. I brought it in and the service department did a phenomenal job doing a nice d I bought a new Maxima, and wanted it tinted shortly after I bought it. I brought it in and the service department did a phenomenal job doing a nice dark tint as requested, which looked great as a contrast against my silver paint color, and helped to keep it cool in the summer. There was even a special, so instead of $200,00, I got it for $170.00 and was very pleased! Natani was awesome and helpful. She was responsive, was patient and answered all my questions. I was very happy with her service! More

Manager was rude I was looking at the Rogues and was getting quotes to talk with my husband about. The mgr. gave a good quote but when I wouldn't sign papers right the I was looking at the Rogues and was getting quotes to talk with my husband about. The mgr. gave a good quote but when I wouldn't sign papers right then he got rude. I left and went to a different dealer the next day even though Lokey is closer to me. I won't deal with rude people. I also brought in a paper from the website for a $25 gift card but they didn't know what to do with it so they ignored it. I asked a few different times. Not happy with Lokey. More
