I needed service on my transmission and brakes. Chuck Schnitker was wonderful because he went way beyond what he was required to do. When N I bro Ought my car in, they told me that I needed you t Chuck Schnitker was wonderful because he went way beyond what he was required to do. When N I bro Ought my car in, they told me that I needed you transmission reworked. ItMy car had 66,000 miles on it, just past the warranty. Chuck called Nissan and explained the situation and it was decided that Nissan would pay 90% of the bill. So amazing and what a relief since I'm over 70 and taking Care of my 96 year old mother full time. Also I was going to Tennessee in a couple days so Rick (?) rushed the repairs by working late and coming in early. They were able to complete the job in 21 hours versus 48, so very thankful and amazed. I so appreciate Nissan and Chuck and Rick for what they have done for me. May God bless you. Chuck was great as to explaining what was necessary and how to combine some services to use mechani's time wisely and reduce cost. Will come back for next service. More
