Poor Customer Service I have been interested in purchasing a Nissan Murano and found one at Lokey Nissan that I wanted to purchase. I contacted the dealership on a Wednesda I have been interested in purchasing a Nissan Murano and found one at Lokey Nissan that I wanted to purchase. I contacted the dealership on a Wednesday to check the availability and was contacted via text and phone every day. I informed the staff that I would be in on Sunday and they said that would be no problem and to let them know before I came up so that they could bring the car up for a "VIP Test Drive". Sunday morning, I drove all the way to Clearwater to look at the car. I asked for Diana and was told that they would be getting her. Five minutes later, no Diana and no one else asking if they could help us with anything, so I called her. She said that she would be right up and when she came to the lobby to meet us, she told me that the Murano I had been in contact with her about was sold that morning, but she could show me another one that had less mileage and only $1k price difference. When I told her I was interested, I was passed off to Matthew, who then showed us the car. When we asked about the price, he said it was $22k.. The original Murano that I was interested in was $17k. That is a price difference of $5k, I'm not sure where she came up with a $1k difference. Poor customer service. I was contacted every day by the representatives wanting to make their sale on the car, but they didn't have the courtesy of letting me know it had been sold and saving my boyfriend and I time on a Sunday. More
