Poor service center for maintenance I feel that the service center doesn't do a thorough job. They never turn off my check engine light, two times I have had tire issues and reported the I feel that the service center doesn't do a thorough job. They never turn off my check engine light, two times I have had tire issues and reported them only to have them neglected and then needed a new tire later. They didn't offer a car wash last time, even though its included. No new service sticker. Long wait - poor service. More

Tire problems I initially came in for an oil change but had a leak in one of my tires. JB Kerns reported that he was unable to fix the leaking tire and to go somewh I initially came in for an oil change but had a leak in one of my tires. He also reported that one of my other tires was bad and could be replaced under my warranty and he would order it and call when it came in. Waited 2 weeks for a call and when there was no call, so I called. Again it was reported to me by JB Kerns that the tire was on order. Finally a month went by and still no tire, so I went in to find out what the problem was. I was in luck because Kevin Massey was there and he solved both problems. Not only did he order my tire but, he repaired the leaking one. Thank you Kevin, I will be asking for you next time I come in. More

Delightful surprise My transmission and throttle body needed changing, I was very surprised when Anthony Nicholas called me less than 48 hrs after I left my car to tell m My transmission and throttle body needed changing, I was very surprised when Anthony Nicholas called me less than 48 hrs after I left my car to tell me it had all been taken care of, he gave me a thorough explanation of the problem and told me it would not cost me a cent, and on top of that they had washed my car!!! I left the windshield fluid container in my car and they even poured it for me!!! I only have great remarks for Lokey Nissan, every single time I go there all reps and staff in general excell in their service! I totally recommend this wonderful dealership, I thank God for the day I went and bought my car there!!! More

If you expect the best you will get here I have taken by 2014 Nissan to Lokey Nissan for service ever since the car was purchased. I was always afraid of the dealers service since I remember I have taken by 2014 Nissan to Lokey Nissan for service ever since the car was purchased. I was always afraid of the dealers service since I remember when and some still due pay the mechanics on the parts that they use on the ones being serviced. Lokey service has been great in advising me what I need and when I be able to tell that a particular service is required. They go over withme, the service report and tell me how my car is doing and that report will let me know what has to be done. This type of service has been a great confort for me. My previous dealer kept added things to my bill which is not done here. Chuck has always been my goto for service. More
