Worst experience ever, got robbed Dishonest sales manager and sales representatives! Check your numbers throughout the entire process and ask to have a copy of the pre-sale paperwork Dishonest sales manager and sales representatives! Check your numbers throughout the entire process and ask to have a copy of the pre-sale paperwork compare numbers with windows stickers make sure they won’t change price and be more careful when you go with the finance person he/she is the most dishonest of them all Do not buy anything of what he/she will offer all the services they offer are good for nothing Overall they rob me over $1,500.00 More

Wonderful people but the mechanical end of it needs some wor I have had 3 experiences with Lokey Nissan that have been frustrating.the last one was about a month ago my last app. I spent roughly around 1000,00 d I have had 3 experiences with Lokey Nissan that have been frustrating.the last one was about a month ago my last app. I spent roughly around 1000,00 dollars and noticed afterwards a few days later something hanging underneath my car. I physically can not get down there to look at it. I have notified Lokey about it through there performance surcey afterwards and have never heard a word back from them!! Which is disheartening to me. I am trying to be a loyal customer but the performance of the mechanics is making it difficult!! The service reps are wonderful thats why i stay but i am seriously considering going elsewhere due to the lack of their mechanic end of the service. More

We believe this was done deliberately as to deceive. We were very upset. We have bought many cars through our 46 years of marriage and have never had an experience like this. So sad! More
