Normally higher I'd normally give a higher rating because I have found Lokey to be good. However, from my arrival to the time I left I felt like the service tech was I'd normally give a higher rating because I have found Lokey to be good. However, from my arrival to the time I left I felt like the service tech was more interested in other things than me. In fact, she informed me when I was leaving of other things that needed to be completed. If she would have asked I'd had them completed when I was there. Now I need to schedule another appointment. Even upon arrival I felt like my being there was an interruption of her ongoing conversation with another tech. Very disappointing. More

Busy and mostly disorganized Mostly disorganized. You park the car in the service center, nobody talks to you half the time, the other half they ask for your keys but have no info Mostly disorganized. You park the car in the service center, nobody talks to you half the time, the other half they ask for your keys but have no info on what the issue might be or who you are. This could use work, have the people outside use tablets and do the checking in. Once inside, it is basically a free for all to get service. I was left standing without anyone even acknowledging me for 20+ minutes while one person talked to a customer and another played on their phone. Another person came up and helped me after a while. Adding to this is that there aren't really places for lines. They put the service reps so close to the doors that you walk in and that's it. Finally, they messed up my wheel when doing the tire rotation. I had to drive out and leave my car for the day to get it for. They made it right and told me upfront about the issue before I collected the car, which was fine. In checking in the status though, I called and they transferred me to another dealership. After speaking to the person again they informed me my car was actually with them... Like I didn't know and was calling random dealers to ask for the status of my car repair. Overall, they appear honest but their disorganization is a pain on many fronts. They should help their staff more to make things easier for customers. More
