Friendly, efficient service I took my new 2019 Rogue in for its first oil change and had a couple of other minor issues I needed to discuss or have corrected. All was taken care of while I waited and I was in and out within two hours. My lease includes free oil changes but I expected them to at least try to upsell additional services. I was pleasantly surprised that they didn't and there was no charge whatsoever for the service. Additional, they have comfortable waiting area, well stocked with premium coffee, donuts, and other beverages and snacks. They have an outdoor smoking area but I would have appreciated someplace to sit down. The only other minor quibble I have is that they did a complementary car wash and my car was actually dirtier than when I took it in, with water spots and smudges on the glass and the paint. If I had paid for a car wash, I would have asked for it to be re-done. It wasn't a big deal though and only took a few few minutes to correct. More
