Worst customer service! Traded in my 2019 Rogue for a new 2020 rogue which should have been an easy process. Unfortunately, they never sent my payoff in for my 2019 rogue, no Traded in my 2019 Rogue for a new 2020 rogue which should have been an easy process. Unfortunately, they never sent my payoff in for my 2019 rogue, not only is this extremely unprofessional but a HUGE inconvenience. I tried contacting the finance department and the sales manager on multiple occasions and no one would call me back reguarding my car. I had to take my own time to go into the dealership to attempt to talk to someone 4 times.. When my payoff was finally sent (after an entire month!!) they didn't offer any compensation or even a simple apology for the inconvenience and lack of care by their employees. Now since it's been sent so late, I now have late fees and my credit score could be affected because of them. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Definitely never leasing/ buying a car here ever again. More
