They were supportive the entire sales process, however, after the sale was complete my trade-in loan was not paid off to the company for over a month and it affected my credit. When I call to speak to som after the sale was complete my trade-in loan was not paid off to the company for over a month and it affected my credit. When I call to speak to someone I was told I would receive a call back and never received a call back. Therefore from my experience it makes me believe that they are kind attentive when they are trying to get you to buy a car. But when you have an issue and the sale is complete their behavior changes.
