I feel like I’m being harassed about getting an oil change. I told them I will call because my husband Had a kidney transplant with complications and constantly taking him to doctors. Tried to use block caller but calls come from other numbers as well. I WILL call WHEN I can schedule the appointment or will find somewhere else to take the car to. More

Bait and switch and treated like dirt The short version of my horrible experience is they advertised a truck for $38k. When I test drove it, they claimed that price didn't include the cos The short version of my horrible experience is they advertised a truck for $38k. When I test drove it, they claimed that price didn't include the cost of the lift kit the dealership installed at the dealership owner's request, and tried to tack on an extra $8k. They never even bothered to negotiate a fair price, but instead tried to get me to buy two other trucks. Aaron Smarowsky sent me a text stating they prioritize their customers who are in the dealership showing interest, rather than a customer price shopping. I wasn't price shopping. I test drove it! I was ready to buy! Bottom line, they advertise one price then hit your with a MUCH higher one when they know you are interested. Then they insult you. More
