Nissan of Clearwater has been my dealership for both of my Pathfinders . Every time I had a question or a problem it was resolved . Making an appointment is definitely a good thing . My rep was a little rude. I asked about android auto since I was already there for an oil change and his response was "I have an iPhone" and "I'm way too busy to figure this out." I would think that all service reps should be knowledgeable in all aspects of Nissan cars. I do not normally complain but this rep was very rude to me. I was actually taken back at how rude he was with me for such a simple request to have some one check out that feature in my car to see if its working right. Anyway, I still appreciate the service department and will continue to come to Lokey Nissan for my needs. More

Got a nail in right rear tire with 4905 miles on new truck, bought at your dealership, that I took in to get fixed. We bought the maintenance contract when we bought the vehicle, but was informed that t truck, bought at your dealership, that I took in to get fixed. A BRAND NEW TIRE on a BRAND NEW TRUCK bought at YOUR DEALERSHIP, what a joke. But it figured after everything thing we went through just to get the vehicle, excuses all the time. More

JB always does a great job. Not sure if this is for oil change or follow up because car is driving differently after being there. He said 2 techs drove it and tested and seemingly, no issues.
