Horrible communications from the start. Flat out lied too when sold extended warranty. After many tries finally cancelled and got refund because protected by state law. Later contacted part in to bring car t when sold extended warranty. After many tries finally cancelled and got refund because protected by state law. Later contacted part in to bring car to certified pre-owned specs. I was not informed of this until call from dealer. Made appointment after waiting an hour and a half I was informed I would have to pay for this repair. I told service manager that you called me and was informed she spoke to salesperson and this repair was not part of deal. At this time I was told car meets certified preowned specification. No repair done but now car blessed as certified. Girl in service was nice this wasn’t her fault but I drove from Cape Coral wasted a day and half tank of gas. She gave me $100 service credit that I’ll never use. More
