The purchase/trade in from my Nissan rogue to new Nissan Marano was absolutely terrible. First I purchased 2020 Nissan Marano with a low-grade package. I trade in 2018 Nissan rogue with luxury package.. The Marano was absolutely terrible. First I purchased 2020 Nissan Marano with a low-grade package. My service was great and the service man, Kevin, was so so nice. My only complaint is that while I waited for my car in there great waiting area, customers were not wearing masks. Excellent dealership. Treated with courtesy and respect. Reasonable wait times. Some of the repair prices are going but others too high. For example an incabin filter costs 90 dollars.
