I had a scheduled appointment for routine oil change, and an hour after waiting I noticed my car still sitting there. The service department guy I was dealing with forgot to let them know my car was there so an hour after waiting I noticed my car still sitting there. The service department guy I was dealing with forgot to let them know my car was there so I ended up waiting another 1 and 1/2 hours for my scheduled appointment. They did do my tire rotation for free because of this, but I was not happy with having been forgotten and waited too long. More
