Anthony was great to work with but I had to wait 15ish minutes before he was available. I arrived early so I can understand having to wait but there were at least 2 other guys who weren’t working with any minutes before he was available. I had a real nice easy to reach out dealer. Although was a bit upset because they sell me a used car I don’t even think so it all passes the car inspection, couple weeks of using my car I had trouble in the a bit upset because they sell me a used car I don’t even think so it all passes the car inspection, couple weeks of using my car I had trouble in the battery which I had it jumpstart twice realize that the battery is old so from that it was a big NO to sell car without changing the battery to a new one and my tires look new polish not a new one plus trouble on light codes! although dealers are great so if you buy car to them most especially a used one you have to do your job of inspecting plus ask them a copy of car inspection which one did they inspect and if it pass it the mistake that I’ve done but all in all they are still great company! Lokey Nissan exceeded my expectations again. I arrived at the dealership with no appointment hoping to be worked in. My normal provider was not there however his peer Anthony Nicholas was more than willi at the dealership with no appointment hoping to be worked in. My normal provider was not there however his peer Anthony Nicholas was more than willing to assist me. Anthony immediately took ownership of my opportunity and took my car and explained the process and provided me with a loaner car. I definitely wasn’t expecting that due to the fact I had no appointment. As promised Anthony called me when my vehicle was ready in the expected time he provided. I had a scheduled appointment for routine oil change, and an hour after waiting I noticed my car still sitting there. The service department guy I was dealing with forgot to let them know my car was there so an hour after waiting I noticed my car still sitting there. The service department guy I was dealing with forgot to let them know my car was there so I ended up waiting another 1 and 1/2 hours for my scheduled appointment. They did do my tire rotation for free because of this, but I was not happy with having been forgotten and waited too long. More
