There was never a moment of pressure or that feeling of anxiety which can come with a very big purchase. Dealing with Jordan was like talking to an old friend. He was also available via text or call. The rest of my new vehicle Team, Steve, Jeff, and Tate, were exactly the same. Easy to talk to willing to discuss options, negotiate, and come to a mutually agreeable deal. The cherry on top was when the Team was able to expedite dealer arrival of my in transport vehicle by an amazing 12 days. Your technicians gave me a $4k list of repairs I allegedly needed. When they led with “windshield wipers” I knew I needed to get a second and third opinion as the wipers were literally brand new. allegedly needed.
