My 2017 Nissan Titan XD w/ Cummins just turned 120,000+ miles. I went in for an oil change & Chuck recommended I flush my transfer case transmission fluid. He has always taken excellent care of me & my vehicle, and has earned my trust from the beginning. He doesn't just try to upset me, he knows me and my truck. I gave him the go ahead on doing a transfer case and transmission fluid flush/change. When I got my truck back, and was driving away from Lokey I was shocked! I couldn't even tell whenever my truck shifted gears it drove like brand new. Amazing work by great mechanics keep my truck running like it's new. I have always been able to trust Chuck, he knows what is best for me & my vehicle and keeps it preforming like it were new! Trust him and Lokey's mechanics they are great at what they do! More

Sevice dept needs a serious overhaul. Personnel continously lacks attention to detail. I asked for tire rotation that was failed to be done. All in all I'm very pleased with every department that I've dealt with since the purchase of my car in May. I had a horrible experience on my last visit. The entire experience was unprofessional, at best, and dishonest in all likelihood. I've purchased 3 vehicles here. And serviced each of them there. Never again. From start to finish to being completely ignored afterwards, if there was a Sub-Zero rating available, I would have given it. I will be happy to post my entire experience on every review site possible. More
