Brought my vehicle in because of water on the floorboard in the passenger compartment. I was frustrated because a month prior I had brought the car in for the same issue. Called up my service rep, Kevin Mas in the passenger compartment. I was frustrated because a month prior I had brought the car in for the same issue. Called up my service rep, Kevin Massey; and he got me in right away. Turns out that a different issue caused the problem, a connection in the sunroof drainage system had come loose. Kevin was very courteous. He had my car fixed within two hours, washed and the gas tank topped off! Wow! Mr. Massey is a true professional that values my business. More

First let me start by saying, this dealership is a go to when purchasing/leasing a vehicle (Angelo is AMAZING!) but when it comes to the service department, this is a whole other story! I was not opposed when purchasing/leasing a vehicle (Angelo is AMAZING!) but when it comes to the service department, this is a whole other story! I was not opposed to the additional fee added into the purchase price for your service to be completed by them. We have purchased 3 cars from them and referred a couple others so we knew this going in. However, when you encounter a problem EVERY. SINGLE. TIME you bring your car in, I feel like this should be an option. From the disorganization (no one ever knows who to bring you to, what you’re there for, etc) to the available appointment times (I drive 30-45 minutes from home to there) it is never a smooth process. I have had my car in there a few times now for the same issue - which parts have been replaced but the most recent time I was never informed that the last part needed was “returned” due to timeframe from one appointment to the next (mind you - COVID happened with shutdowns, I am a healthcare professional so my schedule didn’t allow, and I drive a bit to get there). I was never informed of this until I was there for the part to be replaced. Do you not pre-plan your service appointments to ensure your day runs smoothly or to prevent customers from wasting time in their day? I have reached the point where frustration has set in and I don’t even want to bring my car there any longer (I make my husband do it!) but because I have paid for their service, I feel obligated. Now this is not the experience that all of my family encounter (my husband and daughter have never really had issues besides the disorganization), this is my personal experience. I hope that they find what weak links are creating issues for customers not to have an outstanding experience every service appointment. More
