I scheduled an appointment for a diagnostic on an engine part that was making a creaking noise. My car has custom suspension and a few other aftermarket parts. Well, about an hour passes by and I'm told the part that was making a creaking noise. My car has custom suspension and a few other aftermarket parts. Well, about an hour passes by and I'm told they would not be able to look at it because my car is too low. I asked "Well if my car is too low then how do you always change the oil in it?" I was told they would use blocks but I've never had this problem before because I can raise my car up higher. It's on air suspension. I was then told well it's not gonna be covered under warranty. But I wasn't asking for it to be. Told them they are wasting my time and he agreed and said yeah let's get you on your way. REALLY!? I bought 2 new cars from here. This is the second time I've had a problem with this service department. You'll never get another cent from me. More
