I was appalled at my last service visit, that so little was being done to protect me and others during the pandemic. Employees not wearing masks. Visitors not required to wear masks. I had to open the windows and doors and let it air out before I could drive off the lot. I had Visited Palm Harbor Honda the day before and the precautions they were taking were stellar! Had difficulty starting my truck..(slow cranking) it was SATURDAY. Went to lokey they said wait. After one hour or so...called me and said bat was poor. Replaced bat with no charge. My favorite Advisor has been Chuck which I have always felt confident in his recommendations. At no time has anyone tried to sell me anything that I didn’t need and when anything was needed, I always got a detailed explanation as to why it should be done.
