It was not just the dealership and the service department, it was the service rep, Janelle. I don't remember her last name, but it should be in the records. I needed new tires and there was a wa department, it was the service rep, Janelle. I don't remember her last name, but it should be in the records. At Lokey nissan, they make sure that they check you in right away. The staff is pleasent and they make sure you're comfortable while you wait.
