Well to start, I was contacted multiple times by advisors wanting to see if I wanted to trade my vehicle in! The only issue was your people never did their homework and they would have see that I just purcha wanting to see if I wanted to trade my vehicle in! The only issue was your people never did their homework and they would have see that I just purchased the vehicle from YOU less than two weeks ago!! Was told, “I will put a note in your file so it won’t happen again”, but it did the day before my appointment! Now the day of the appointment, I was told after you had my vehicle that the repairs would take 3 hour. I should have been informed that when I was called to schedule the repairs! More
