I moved out of state and decided to buy my car instead of leasing a new one. I financed the car through a bank in the state I am now residing. The process of buying my car through the bank was fine but gett leasing a new one. I financed the car through a bank in the state I am now residing. The process of buying my car through the bank was fine but getting information from Lokey was not. I am still waiting for paperwork showing that I do not owe anything to Lokey, I also have not received the countersigned extended warranty on the car that I purchased through Lokey. Have contacted them also for the information I need to buy my new plates and register my car in the new state I am now residing. (Which they promised they would send me.) I have reached out to them 2 different times and have gotten no results. I will not even go into the hassle I received when leasing my car. There is one person at the dealership who always took care of my car when I brought in for my scheduled oil changes. Lee Arron is fantastic! More
