I HAVE NO PROBLEMS WIH THE DEALERSHIP. THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN ATTENTIVE TO MY NEEDS. THE PROBLEM I HAVE IS WITH THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. THEY TOOK ENTIRELY TO LONG TO CHANGE THE OIL IN MY V THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN ATTENTIVE TO MY NEEDS. THE PROBLEM I HAVE IS WITH THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. THEY TOOK ENTIRELY TO LONG TO CHANGE THE OIL IN MY VEHICLE. I HAD A 2:15 APPOINTMENT AND DIDN'T GET OUT OF THERE UNTIL 3:40 PM. UNACCEPTABLE. IF I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT AT 2:15, I EXPECT MY VEHICLE TO BE WORKED ON AT 2: 20 PM. NOT 30 MINUTES AFTER I BRING MY VEHICLE IN. I WILL TRY IT ONE MORE TIME WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. More

Service was ok. Don’t feel as though service advisor was up front. Told I needed a transmission with a cost of over $5,000. Didn’t do it. Sales was called to see if Don’t feel as though service advisor was up front. Told I needed a transmission with a cost of over $5,000. Didn’t do it. Sales was called to see if I wanted to trade it in. They tried scamming me with a ridiculous trade in. They didn’t know anything about the transmission. I won’t be back ever. Traded my car in the next day elsewhere and got over $3,000 and they knew about the transmission. I’m done. More
