There is a huge disconnect between the scheduling department and the service department. There is a knowledge gap among advisors in the service center. Also, there is no followup if an issue is not department and the service department. There is a knowledge gap among advisors in the service center. Also, there is no followup if an issue is not resolved. Recent experience: I scheduled time to go into the service center in order to get a rim repaired. I explicitly told tge scheduler this and I took a day off to do this. When I got there, I was told that rim repair is done with a third party and they are not at the dealership on Monday. I was told by the advisor that he would verify that my rim insurance covered the repair, confirm when the repair could be done and would call me back. I'm still waiting for the call back after 3+ weeks. When I called back I was told that I could come in any time for the repair. What??! More
