The used car I had just bought from Mike in Acquisitions had sluggish brakes upon my drive home. Service didn’t need to replace them but they replaced the back brakes (rotors and pads) free of charge. Lokey had sluggish brakes upon my drive home. I came in complaining about the air not working properly. Would go high then low. Them high then low as we were driving.. When i came back for car they said nothing was wrong with it.. Well now it's making a loud noise..I called Angelo and never heard back from him.. We knew something was wrong and now my contract is up.. Very disappointed in your service. More

Communication is lacking. Was told “your car is ready to pick up “. I told Chuck no offense but I hope I don’t have to come back for a while. I think I’m waiting on a part? It’s been serveral weeks now. I’ve only heard crickets so far. Apparently I will have to initiate a conversation. I would appreciate an update. It all started when my air conditioning went out. Got replaced but the center console was damaged during the air conditioning repair. Service said it wasn’t them. But come on ! I drove off the lot and tried to listen to the radio and it just was spinning. Like a slot machine. Coincidence? I don’t think so. Can you just get my car fixed and not break something else??!! More
