The sales time was great. My issue was with the finance team. After my purchase I needed to speak with my finance person before I spoke with the bank and he never contacted m My issue was with the finance team. After my purchase I needed to speak with my finance person before I spoke with the bank and he never contacted me. I didnt get a call until 4 days later from another person. I missed his call but called back within the hour and also left messages. I will not be returning because of this. My mom has purchased 5 vehicles from Lokey which is why I came. She will not be returning either. Again the sales team was amazing and I appreciate what they dis to assist me. More

All you want to do is sell tires. My tires were fine. Husband is a diesel mechanic. I took my Armada to another shop they said they do not need to be replaced.
