Our direct salesman - Angelo was excellent and continues to stay in communication as needed on various cycles. The day of our trade in and purchase was very positive and professional. I would say the follo to stay in communication as needed on various cycles. The day of our trade in and purchase was very positive and professional. I would say the follow thru from the finance dep on the transition of paying off loan was sloppy and disappointing. I had to call in several times to get data on the cycle Probably from the dealership the need to followup with customer ends with sale but from our viewpoint - the cycle is fully sone when car loan of tradein is fully paid off. It would have made a better impression for us and a good end if there had been more proactive communication from the Finance Team to address our concerns . Overall things were great - this point would have made it excellent and given is full confidence to refer you to others More
