Mike the maintenance check was super efficient calling me before he started working reviewing what work needed to be done called afterwards that all was done gave me my price which was wonderful and made sur before he started working reviewing what work needed to be done called afterwards that all was done gave me my price which was wonderful and made sure my car was ready it was wiped down and vacuumed on the inside which I did not request so that was above and beyond the service when I got there I was I got right through paid for it and left within 5 minutes very quick convenient well done everybody included More

The sales time was great. My issue was with the finance team. After my purchase I needed to speak with my finance person before I spoke with the bank and he never contacted m My issue was with the finance team. After my purchase I needed to speak with my finance person before I spoke with the bank and he never contacted me. I didnt get a call until 4 days later from another person. I missed his call but called back within the hour and also left messages. I will not be returning because of this. My mom has purchased 5 vehicles from Lokey which is why I came. She will not be returning either. Again the sales team was amazing and I appreciate what they dis to assist me. More
