Initially, I thought I had a great experience, then when I reviewed the paperwork when I got home, I noticed they raised the sale price almost 6,000. Then I was quite disappointed. Lee Aaron was the service advisor who I spoke with on my January visiting asked him to double check the need for brake pads as my Rouge only has 20,000 miles.
