The salesman did a superb job. But the truck was missing items and dirty. Airbag system was failing and illegal GPS tracker was dealer added but to be removed as per our agreement But the truck was missing items and dirty. The last service call was for an oil change. I was told that additional work needed to be done. Dealership is great. Nissan USA is not. Have had recurring defect with “infotainment” system since original purchase as new vehicle. Dealership coordinated for warranty Nissan USA is not. Have had recurring defect with “infotainment” system since original purchase as new vehicle. Dealership coordinated for warranty repair and replaced entire system…which was also defective, and causes more frequent problems than we previously experienced. NISSAN USA acknowledged the existence of this “software” problem nearly 2 years ago, yet no effort has been made to address the issue. First and LAST Nissan product I will ever buy and it has nothing to do with the dealership - they’re not the issue. More
