After spending more over $800 on a Service that the Adviser had me certain it was the problem/noise without Me having to pay the $149 for a diagnosis I took his advise/opinion & had the part fixed … IT Adviser had me certain it was the problem/noise without Me having to pay the $149 for a diagnosis I took his advise/opinion & had the part fixed … IT wasn’t obviously the issue because my car still makes the noise! Was not impressed with your fast talking finance associate. Seems now a days the contract has found it’s way to a computer instead of an actual document. He rambled through so fast a lot of informat associate. Seems now a days the contract has found it’s way to a computer instead of an actual document. He rambled through so fast a lot of information was breezed through without truly understanding. When I returned home and actually read what he was saying I discovered I was taken for thousands of dollars of items I would have opted out of. I have since learned there were only 3 items I should have paid for. I also learned that a dealership makes most of their money from this one employee. The financier. I for one won’t fall victim to these tactics again. Dealerships are becoming a thing of the past. People talk. They tell each other about the deals they made and the rip-off they incurred. No I have not much good to say about your sales dealings. More

I needed my driver side mirror replaced, something that should have taken a couple of days took over a month. Initially they had my car in the shop for 3 weeks because they had to order parts, then come to should have taken a couple of days took over a month. Initially they had my car in the shop for 3 weeks because they had to order parts, then come to find out they ordered the wrong mirror. So then I had to wait for the part to come in which took another couple of weeks. Communication has been very one-sided; I’ve had to reach out each time to get an update. They left bits of glass on my car seat and did a terrible job with the trim which they are yet to fix and again I will have to call to find out if the part has come in as it has been over a month and I haven’t heard from them. Extremely poor attention to detail and overall very unhappy with the service. More
