I had a horrible experience on my last visit. From requested service not being performed to actual mysterious damage showing up on my car after it was serviced to being completely ignored by the From requested service not being performed to actual mysterious damage showing up on my car after it was serviced to being completely ignored by the "service manager" upon calling in repeatedly for an explanation of what happened. The entire experience was unprofessional, at best, and dishonest in all likelihood. I've purchased 3 vehicles here. And serviced each of them there. Never again. From start to finish to being completely ignored afterwards, if there was a Sub-Zero rating available, I would have given it. I will be happy to post my entire experience on every review site possible. More

He offered the truck at $990 a month. I explained it would be nearly $200 over what I had budgeted for and would be back the next day to buy it if I could adjust for it. By the time I made it to finance, it was $998. But I was hooked because it was the exact truck I wanted, I don’t like shopping car lots and dealing with sales reps, and the price was fair for a new vehicle. Except in the finance office I found out the truck had nearly 5000 miles on it, which is not a new truck. He has 41 years experience though so he saw me coming. No matter, I love the truck. More
