I’ve been a Lokey customer since 2020 and I cannot begin to express how pleased I am with my most recent Lokey new vehicle purchase. Jordan, the leader of my new vehicle acquisition Team went above and bey to express how pleased I am with my most recent Lokey new vehicle purchase. Jordan, the leader of my new vehicle acquisition Team went above and beyond to make sure my needs were understood and ultimately met. There was never a moment of pressure or that feeling of anxiety which can come with a very big purchase. Dealing with Jordan was like talking to an old friend. He was also available via text or call. The rest of my new vehicle Team, Steve, Jeff, and Tate, were exactly the same. Easy to talk to willing to discuss options, negotiate, and come to a mutually agreeable deal. The cherry on top was when the Team was able to expedite dealer arrival of my in transport vehicle by an amazing 12 days.
