Misleading price listed on Carfax I was disappointed with the way this dealership handled the no haggle Price that your are supposed to get when purchasing a Carfax car. When we arri I was disappointed with the way this dealership handled the no haggle Price that your are supposed to get when purchasing a Carfax car. When we arrived we test drove the car and then sat down to go over the price. To my surprise when we sat down the $11,292 price that was on car fax was increased to $11595. Not only that the paper that was put informing of us had several “optional purchases like warranties and other things which would bring the Price of the car to over $24,000 dollars. We obviously declined all the add ons and also let them know the Carfax price listed was less that the price they showed. After they removed all the extras and adjusted the price to the current Carfax price there was still just over $1000 in dealer options that they had already added to the car like a scratch and dent protection and some sort of tracking theft system. When I questioned the agent about these products and why they were nit listed and added to the Carfax Price that was online he said This was something they personally add to all their cars on the lot and this was not an option to take off. While my mom was ready to walk out and go somewhere else my father and I decided to accept the add ons because we still felt like the price was a good value. I just wish dealer would be honest with these prices and if they are going to use Carfax to promote their cars then they should disclose these items in the price of the car that is posted on the Carfax website More

Well the buying experience was good. Jay is a nice guy and did a good job for me. Purchased on Friday evening and they kept the car to detail until Monday evening. I was excited to pick up car Monday evening and When I get there the car is low on oil, cilajet coating they put on has issues, detail job was just ok considering I was told 4 people would be working on it. Due to the oil being low they had to keep the car Another day because they couldn’t give us a quart of oil from the service department to fill it but hey they are going to give me a full tank of gas when we pick it up. Again the salesman Jay was great and we really liked him, he worked hard to find the car I wanted. What goes on behind the scenes need some serious supervision and the employees should be held accountable for the work they are supposed to do. I’m fortunate that my dad is a mechanic and knows to check fluids otherwise I would be driving around with a car very low on oil. so I’ve owned the car since Friday and still don’t have it. Hopefully everything is taken care of tomorrow when I pick it up again. More
