I called and booked an appointment to purchase my leased vehicle, as the lease was ending. THREE HOURS later, they finally wrapped up things and got the paperwork in place. Why even have me book an appointment for this? I saw walk-in customers get better treatment. Maybe it was because I was purchasing a lease and not a new car, but whatever it was, they have lost a customer forever. More
