Ended up purchasing a 2019 Ford Ranger from Livermore Ford in May 2020. The salesperson was very uninformed about the features of the vehicle and could not answer basic questions. I just received the vehicle’s license plate, and even though I was very specific that we did not want commercial plates as they were not needed and more expensive, commercial plates came in the mail. The truck was also not prepped as expected and needed during this time of sanitization. I had also inquired about accessories, and he could not give a referral. It was quite sad. More

Worst auto purchase EVER! Vehicle arrived 2 months early, didn’t have the items in the vehicle that I had ordered and paid for. Salespeople were very non responsive to emails. When I asked for the item that was left out when built I was told to bring the car back if i didn’t like it rather than ordering the missing item.
