Bought our last Toyota in Phoenix because we couldn't deal with Prestige, the owner that had the Billings agency prior to Lithia. I was pleasantly surprised to find Lithia Toyota of Billings does better in "dealing" than the Phoenix dealer. Also, after we completed the purchase of our 2014 Prius (our 3rd Prius...we love the Prius!) the salesman spent hours making sure we knew the inside and outside of our Prius! If you don't give Lithia of Toyota a chance on your next auto purchase you are doing yourself a disservice and it could cost you financially! Also, Lithia Toyota of Billings has lowered their service costs so they are lower or competitive with many of the quick lubes for oil/filter changes. Highly commend and recommend this dealer. Billings is fortunate to have such integrity in an auto dealer. More

Max was very thorough explaining all features of the new vehicle and answered all our questions. We were introduced to the service, parts and finance staff and found them all to be friendly and helpful. Continued to deal with Brittnee online. She was super responsive and helpful. Maybe I could have gotten a better price, but I feel like I ended up with the vehicle I wanted from a very nice and helpful (and forthright) dealership. Sarah was efficient on the financial end. I think I made him a little nervous during the test drive but we definitely hit it off. I could ask him anything and he either had the answer or made sure to get the answer. Buying a car is a long process but Max was upbeat and very positive and really excited for me. He related very well to my mom, dad and I and I didn't feel like I was getting jerked around like I have before. We had the feeling he was very honest and forthright.
