I think I made him a little nervous during the test drive but we definitely hit it off. I could ask him anything and he either had the answer or made sure to get the answer. He discussed mileage riding comfort with each car we asked about. Seemed very knowledgeable on the types of cars and their best assets. He stayed with us the entire process of negotiation made us aware of services offered as well as delivered the car full of gas. I made an appointment with Lithia Toyota to have some recall work done on our 2010 Prius. I was also interested in looking at the new Prius's. I was introduced to Max Erickson, who immediately offered us something to drink and made us feel welcome. I told him what I was interested in and we headed out to the lot. Max showed me a 2014 Prius v and I knew we had found the perfect car. It had everything I wanted and was the perfect color. Max was very easy to talk to and answered all of my questions. I went home and called my husband and we decided to buy it. The following day we returned to the dealership and sat down with Max to discuss the price and trade in value of my 2010 Prius. I had done my homework the night before and was pleased to find out that the price and trade in value were very realistic and fair. I was impressed with the way the negotiations were handled and at no time did I feel I was treated differently because I was a woman. After agreeing on the terms, we went to see Andrew Hellyer to sign the paperwork. Andrew was very friendly and made the tedious task of paperwork almost enjoyable. Upon returning to Max's office, I was given a thorough run through of all the books, etc. that came with the car. When we were ready to leave, Max presented me with a beautiful blanket to keep in the car and a bucket. We went around the dealership and people in the various departments introduced me to what their jobs were and how to get in touch with them when I needed their help. They all had handy car items that they put in the bucket! Before leaving with my new car, Max came out and showed me how everything in the car worked. I cannot imagine having a better car buying experience than the one I had at Lithia Toyota. Everyone I met was friendly and knowledgable. I didn't feel pressured to buy and I know I was treated fairly. I would recommend Lithia Toyota and Max Erickson to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. More
